HRH the Crown Prince meets Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met the Chairman of the Senate of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, His Excellency Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, and an accompanying delegation, at Gudaibiya Palace.
During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince highlighted the depth of historic ties between Bahrain and Pakistan, which continue to receive the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
HRH the Crown Prince noted the Kingdom’s commitment to further enhancing bilateral cooperation and coordination across various sectors, emphasising that the already strong existing partnership between Bahrain and Pakistan continues to generate mutually beneficial development opportunities for both countries.
HRH the Crown Prince underscored the importance of further enhancing joint parliamentary and legislative cooperation, underlining Pakistan’s contributions towards safeguarding regional and international stability.
For his part, HE Sanjrani along with the accompanying delegation, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to meet HRH the Crown Prince, noting HRH’s support to enhancing Bahrain-Pakistan relations.
Shura Council Chairman, HE Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, also attended the meeting.
