His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today received His Excellency Javed Malik, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Riffa Palace to mark the end of the Ambassador’s service in the Kingdom. 

During the meeting, His Royal Highness highlighted the strong ties between Bahrain and Pakistan, noting that Pakistan plays an active role alongside its regional and international partners to counter terrorism and violent extremism.

His Royal Highness extended thanks and best wishes to Ambassador Malik for his service in further enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries, and wished him every success in his future endeavours.

For his part, His Excellency Pakistan’s Ambassador to Bahrain expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness and for the support he had received during his tenure in the Kingdom.
